Coming soon from Bandai Gashapon, August 19 drop

Did you know Bandai drops new Gacha weekly? Well we're not here to learn what Gacha features will appear in their new Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero Game or what cards to expect in their new Omnimon Digimon TCG set though both are 'gacha' in nature. We're here for what Bandai calls their Gashapon, who knows why they had to have that 's' instead of a 'c' but it does make it convenient for finding what toys are specifically theirs. Bandai's dropped some seriously cool new gashapon toys recently, my favorite is the art cats, and if you're into collecting or just love unique little figures, you’re in for a treat! Here's a quick rundown of what's new and exciting in the world of capsule toys:

Monster Hunter

Fans of the Monster Hunter series will be thrilled with this latest set. The new gashapon features detailed miniatures of some iconic monsters. Imagine having a tiny Rathalos or Tigrex on your desk—how cool is that? This set also features a surprise rare, from its shadow I would guess it's Rathian.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure

For all you JoJo fans out there, Bandai's got you covered. This new collection includes miniature figures of your favorite characters from season 3, complete with their unique poses and stands. Muhammad Avdol, Noriaki Kakyoin, Iggy and DIO found in this set. Strangely no Jojo.conaisering 2 star in this season but at least there's DIO.

My Hero Academia

These gashapon bring the action-packed world of My Hero Academia into a tiny, collectible format. This time it's an acrylic set which always means a big inventory. Izuku Midorya, Katsuki Bakugo, Shota Todoroki, Giulio Gandini feature as the main attractions of this set with multiple acrylics each. And there are a few extra characters as well as some poster stands. It’s a great way to keep your favorite heroes close by.

Camping Zodiacs

This set is a bit of a departure from the usual action-packed themes. The Camping Zodiacs feature charming little figures of zodiac signs enjoying various camping activities. It’s a fun and relaxing addition to any collection.

Sanrio

Who doesn’t love Sanrio characters? The new gashapon set is adorable moon night lights featuring, Kuromi, Cinnamon Roll, Pompurrin, and Hangyodon Perfect for adding a touch of cuteness to your day!

Patiently Waiting Gacha

The "Patiently Waiting" line is a unique set by Bandai that they've been making their mark with. Where each capsule features figures that embody the theme of patience sitting and waiting for your attention. It’s a quirky and thoughtful set that might just inspire a bit of zen in your life. This time is Gacha Machines and Capsules awaiting your affection.

These new gashapon toys officially release tomorrow, and they’re perfect for collectors or anyone looking for a fun surprise. But finding them may prove a bit difficult depending on where you live. In the US try GameStop, or if you're lucky enough to live by one, tha Gashapon store. Because these are Bandai line they can be particularly difficult for small businesses to get so they'll be rare at events for another month or two. Also expect a $2-3 mark up from MSRP due to import costs.

Each capsule brings a bit of joy and a hint of mystery, so it’s always exciting to see what you’ll get. Happy collecting!
